 Apple has release another Gold Master iOS for the iPhone, IPod and iPad. This time its called iOS 4.2.1 GM

Two Gold Masters in two weeks?

I installed it and it still has bugs.

I assume the reports of the final being released to the public on the 26th is true.

jailbreaker stay away from this version if you rely on unlocking your phone.
